RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You must lodge your claim within 7 days, after that time unfortunately at U Brand Cosmetics no returns or exchange will be allowed. If you wish to make a claim, please email: info@ubrandcosmetics.com. Once we received your claim, you will be issued a tracking #. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Return item to: U Brand Cosmetics Enterprises Pty Ltd.  Attention: Returns Department, U Brand Cosmetics, Please include: 1: Tracking #, 2: Your Business Name, 3: Your Business Address, 4: Contact Person, 5: Contact Number, 6: A signed letter stating the reason for your return and 7: Original Receipt. All goods/products must be unused/undamaged and in good/original condition when returned to U Brand Cosmetics in order to qualify for the credit or refund. They must be packed carefully for return. Refunds will not exceed the purchase price of the product. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery are subject to case by case review at the discretion of U Brand Cosmetics and may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification that your item has been assessed and completed. We will then notify you of approval or rejection of refund via email. If U Brand Cosmetics has approved your claim, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically will be applied to your credit card or origninal method of payment, within a nominated amount of days.

U Brand Cosmetics do not offer refund on bulk items as we don’t know how they have been stored or have been contaminated or left in heat as we are sure could understand.

No refunds are eligible on digital products.

Replacements and Exchange

Orders if applicable, are replaced if they are damaged or defective. If you have submitted an exchange claim for the same item send your claim to info:@ubrandcosmetics.com with a photo and detailed brief and one of our team will contact you within 48 hours.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled up to 24 hours after the order placement will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee. Orders on “Hold” or unconfirmed will be deleted on the system after 14 days. Deposits on orders older than 7 days are non-refundable.

Special offers

Deposits take on special offers are non-refundable. Full payment needs to be made within the agreed time-frame (but no later than 30 days) from placement of order, to receive the special offer as advertised. Special offers can not be combined with any other offer.

Tax and pricing

GST is applied to all orders within Australia on taxable items, including freight. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
